Personal help - Skype - Getting my local server up

I was wondering if someone can help me with my problems when running all of the server exe files. My global manager runs fine, then my machine manager just opens up for a few seconds then closes. As far as I know my configs are all correct. So I would like for you to help me through Skype if possible or something that is 1on1 where we can chat.
