    Players still manage to get +60 and higher SS included

    how to set rates so players wont make +60 or how the numbers for rates are calculated so i could set rates on my own any help be appreciated

    Basicly what i need is the correct rates, i need that to be: +1 -(4 100% +5-+6 50% +7-+8 100% +9-+10 20% +11 100% and from here, each new plus should descrase by 2% starting at 16% and ending at 0.
