Please help me in this big problem

First,hi all!I want ask help,i hope can somebody.I have made new database for my server and i moved all characters data items and etc. after this operation, when i try to login one of old characters i get a dc in game in seconds. when i try to login new one on same account, all is fine i can take old items from storage and etc. what can be wrong ?I say thanks for any idea.
