Problems with Opening Private Server SRO

Hello, i have some problems with SR_GameServer
Is not running, idk where i made mistake if someone can help me with Teamviewer, to fix that? literally im so close to open Sro_client... and working few day with this problem, and can't solve...

I run server, but i press on sro_client.
on edxloader is working, but why no from sro_Client?

my division txt file is right IP. So where is problem???
