[Quest By Item Restriction]

Hello everyone as the tittle says , I am searching for a tutorial or someone who can explain me to make a quest by restriction level.

Example

Delivery: Item d13+5
Reward : Item d14+5

or if there is another way to do it like a exchange system , post it please..

you can make quest like player will get 5 sos weapon and exchange them to som weapon i can do that

read what i wrote mate .. i know u can make like that , but this will be then " quest by quest restriction " , and isnt what im searching for
