Question about Scrolls/buffs 'Cancel dialog Yes/No'

Hello , i try to figure out which parameter in _RefSkills (or another) table define the type of buff/skill canceling.Some buff ex. like:SKILL_MALL_DAMAGE_ABS_20P_SCROLL has cancel confirmation dialog when the player try to stop it ,but normal skill buff hasn't.I want to make items like SKILL_MALL_DAMAGE_ABS_20P_SCROLL to be stopped like regular buff.Every scroll like HP INC,DMG INC,DMG ABS have Param2: 1667396966.I try to change it already but still cancel buff dialog is showing.I wanna make this type of items to be without cancel confirmation dialog.
