remove item drop from mobs & allow item for destroy

i need know how .
1- remove item drop from mobs .
2-allow item for destroy ( cuz my item D12 in my server not allow for destroy ^^ ).
3-how i can open acc GM w/o static IP .

1º You need found in DB _Itemassigneddrop and items asignedrandomdrop.. And Look for the ID of item or ID of mob.
"BUT" If this item is a group you need look in groups of items and delete the line from this group.

2º Its hard but easy.. Cuz the silkroad is D12 now.. So what item need obtain for the destroyer of a item? If in the ISro this not work cuz is other way to make the items.. So i tink its unnessesary to make..

3º This is very very hard.. Why? Cuz its security for the server.. Any way i think that u need modify the Gatewayserver.exe and others if have conections with this funtion.. i have a teory.. if a user Class 3 can join without IP is possible make or convert the user 1 to 3 but with funtions? SO this will be User X and this will have NO-IP + Commands. So its only a section for develop and no recomended cuz other player can know you ID PW and scamer your server..
