removing the block new exploit?

Someone can remove the block of this account, when it is blocked.
The block is still registered in the DB, but it gets transfer to the 10min auto punishement instead of the real block.
example:
1- ban the char 1 year
2- the guy do an exploit to bypass it and tell the server to see him as autopunishment 10min
3- he can log his account after, no matter if you blocked him with SMC or Evatools
Anyone had the same before? new exploit? if it will get released soon, then all blocked accounts will login.
btw it is not related to the mssql exploit.
