Items on NPC: _RefPackageItem, _RefScrapOfPackageItem, _RefPricePolicyOfItem, _RefShop, _RefShopGoods, _RefShopGroup, _RefShopTab, _RefShopTabGroup, _RefShopItemGroup, _RefMappingShopGroup, _RefMappingShopWithTab.

Those are the tables you have to edit for add NPC's and items.
