S.O.S. Client Random Crash !

Hi all,
I have client random crash.
I dont know whats this... i get random crash in my pc but nothing in my laptop.
Please Help me !

Sure you laptod cliente not is the same that the other?

the client in laptop is full same

Do you use the same account? Maybe a drop or an item that is not registered?

i use same account and other account. all get crash. full empty character too !
but in my laptop 0 crash 0 dc
