Shardmanager shutdown after x time!

Hello RageZone,
maybe someone can help me. For some days i recognise that my shardmanager shutdown for no reason.
When i look in fatalmanager there only is a entry billingserver dead.
when i look in exceptionhandler i see entry with "TopLevelFilter has been called".
I don't know why the shardmanager is going down.
Can someone help me ?

and when it is of the logs, verificaste that was actually working?, try removing dependencies secondary billing on your iismgr
let us know your results.

i don't know what specially you mean. I didn't set up something special in the iis.
the strange thing is that for month it works good and now for round about 2 weeks i got this problems.
can you explain more what you meean withs iis ? i have iis8.

i have this problem too.

iis configuration is okay. when i tried to enter url what i did write to billingserver in server.cfg,

i can connect the site, i can conect test.asp, it shows the server time, but 2-3 hours after shardmanager is closing.
