ShardManager Turning Red Faculty Uping

Hello all,

I need some help because i didn't succes to found a solution myself

I don't have any idea of why but after a couple of hours of running SR_SHARDMANAGER.exe on SMC turning Red and then Falculty start to uping ...

Before that never happend ...

Ping on Dedicated is correct, also billing working
This is happend whit or whitout log ...

I didn't think this is was a exploit of Shard but im not sure

Just one question, are you running on Windows 2012? If yes try to switch to 2008 (sql can be 2012)
That's the only issue I remember to see on elitepvperz some time ago

Oftenly caused by broken database indexes and low mssql performance.
