Skill Edit

hi all ,

i have a question about skill edit for Example : if i want to edit mob hit power increase or

decrease it i tried to look on refskills params but i can't understand it

or how i can edit it if any one know how to understand it

would be nice

depend of skill some skill have more param you try to edit each param..
