yes, you need maybe evangelion tools or srpatch to set skill lvl at 130 (at server side)
then some hex editing on SRO_CLIENT.EXE at client side ( i remember some post explaining it)
ofc only adds more lvl of mastery (120 to 130 or so) but dont adds any new skills or motr lvls for skills, you need to edit skills for that)
there was some releases but didn't work and no server have this.. There is one server with a item that set the mastery to the actually level but i think this isnt a good solution ^^
well i'm working on a project db D13 with skills up to lvl 130 if it worked fine without bugs then i'm gonna release but not before
i finish my exams
and about edit GS,Sro_client i already have them long time ago and mastery can up to lvl 130 even if i want can be till lvl 140
