Smc error - Division Manager

Hey,after I restarted server,doing 0 changes to it,smc gives me an error :
''Cannot connect to division mananger(access is denied)''
I tried to change ips,ports,dep . Still nothing just another errors...
Please help me.

maybe wrong password/id? port is block on firewall? ip is not on _privilegedip (no idea if is needed btw)?

sorry, i dont help by skype, this is a forum with problem and solutions, i dont like the "ok xxxx fixed it with skype/tw" and dont saying how
