So guys i think no solution for purification pill... so i want to change his time to CHN race only 5sec not 20sec , and for eur race same 20sec...

for what you want no. you need to make 2 skil 1 for ch who will have 5 sec coldown and other to have 20 for eu you can't make like is potion on eu/ch (bcz gs have this funcion idk)
