Why would we delete solved threads? They are good documentation for new member seeking the solution to the same problem.

You seriously need to do something on your own dude... you are asking everything, which has been written onto forums on different languages ...
And the most obvious things, you aren't checking those, alike this one right now.

Check the tables:

_RefMonster_AssignedItemDrop (if you assigned them regularly)
_RefMonster_AssignedItemRndDrop (if you assigned the items onto a group cluster ... don't ask what it is. Google for it. Cause effort for your server.)

I guess you know how to handle the columns there.
