You are not supposed to open all regions, more than half of the fws there are not coded in gs/data.pk2 (which u have to have extracted in Data folder in server files) probably this is your error. Disable all regions that u are not going to use from FORT you need CT (const) JA (Jangan) HT (Hotan) BJ (blowjob - small bandit) :D
