SR_ShardManager turn red and ping over 40000ms

I got this error, i used patch agent from CherN0byl but still thye same error...

msg is not completely used : IP:xx.xx.xx.xx Ack:0x0318 (0x0000) (MsgType:10), 283 - 272

SR_ShardManager turn red and ping over 40000ms -> server delay

Can anyone tell me where to fix...?

Server IBM CPU E5645 Ram 12G
