To much monster in quin shi tomb ( Jangan Cave )

Hi i have the problem that in the military camps in quin shi tomb the mob load is to high.
I have round about 40 - 50 mobs on 1 place.
Do someone know how to fix it.
I have to look in Tab_RefNest or Tab_Reftactics ?

Check in these tables... Range or area or Zone of Spawn. (i no remember wery well but is there..)

I checked those tables but it looks like they are ok.
i made an query and left joined the reftactics and refnest and i searched for 2 special mobs the royalsoldier (to much spawn) and mangnyang (spawn ok) and i checked the values but it looks nearly similar.
don't know where to look now.

I stll have the problem. nobody else know how to fix this ?
i checked tactics, hive and nets table
