Token Timeout! and host cant start client

Hey i have problem with server

everthing starts but when my friend wnat to connect, type tokken and stuck
in console

Token Timeout! [token id: 1, jid: 1418, elapsed: 11216 ms (created: 246314596, cur: 246325812)]

I open ports for agent and others....
...

Other problem is to start client i have error

What i understood is that there's something wrong with account JID 1418 in the DB , Check it..

For the client, try starting it with edxSilkroadloader5 and do as shown here:



Click Add button and browse for you Sro_client.exe

Put your IP in the highlighted Area..

Launch.

now when i type Tokken i get C9 and this error in getway server :(

and do u know how to remove tokken?

Sorry i didn't face this problem before..

but i want to make sure of something , what's the IP you are using on the server?

192.168.56.1 - ipv4 i use it to cert's

87.105.251.0 - its my public IP so i use it to connect.
