    Unique Roc Drop pick only char

    sorry bad inglish

    Help kill Unique ROC all player can pick Drops items, I want to put normal, only members of the PT can pick
    as you can fix this?

    as far i know, everyone can (with preference of the boss killer), no idea if can be limited to the pt only ( and i think you cant limit it)
