Can you change amount of debuffs a purification pills heals by editing its parameters on RefObjItem table?

About the "100" that one could be the amount which are going to be healed by that pill, but hard to say, since the normal healing pills do have a different parameter.
E.g. "Poison" Degree/Level 7 causes an effect160. An "ITEM_ETC_CURE_ALL_04" pill can cure it, since it has the healing value of 172. The previous one has only a healing value of 108, which won't heal it at one usage.
So its up to you to find out how much effect999 a debuff has and configure your puri pills to it.

No. The 100 stays for the amount it heals.
If e.g. "Dull" has 110 points, you will have to use 2 purification pills to heal it.
If you modify your purification pill to 200, it will heal the Dull effect with only a single pill.
And as far as I noticed, Purification Pills do only heal 1 Status Effect at once(? not right sure, but should be like it).
