VSRO - Issue logging in

Game crashes every time I log in after selected my char. My server is running fine; no error or whatsoever. I use the minibilling script to run the billing server. I'm not running the client on the server. I have a separate pc running the client side.

I have tested all of the available clean database including client. Same result.

Can someone upload the database that works for SQLEXPRESS 2017? I think this is the reason why it's not working properly. Or provide a solution.

Windows 10 H. 64-bit OS
I7 processor with 16GB RAM
