Wanna Edit Textfiles like skilldata%_enc

Hello Guys,

i try out some Hours to edit my txt files correctly but evry time when i try to edit and try it with my client its crashing always.

Program thats i use:

Hex Editor Neo
encrypter like http://forum.ragezone.com/f723/editi...nc-txt-791856/

but it didnt help ,yes for all who think im noob i dont care :)
may there any1 who ignore im a noob and show me how to edit skilldata%_enc in the right way.

Well i try alot tools ....

When you right click and decrypt the file might be the problem. I decrypt mine by dragging the file onto srodecrypt.exe
