weird Language problem + GM acc doesnt open

Hello guys i faced some problems i wish any could help me
First problem the weird language..

some ppl told me to change language from media--> type.txt and make language English.
i did it but after doing it..i faced another problem the chara not moving and str and int 0/0






the second problem my Gm acc doesnt log in... i wrote my id and pw and nothing happen...i created another Gm acc but still nothing

for gm account, you need to insert your ip in _privilegeip table (only gm accounts on that ips can log in)

well i found the problem and done.... but what about the weird language what should i do??

[weapon , town , mob, skill] name doesn't exist
