Weird Stuff in Skills

When the server level was 130, I had skills to level 120.
But never add Lv125 or Lv130.
Now that I've gone to Lv140 I try to add a skill to Lv125-140 and this gives a strange error in the game.
The Skill Lv1 Requires Lv120 and this is usual.
Requires The Skill Lv2 Normal Lv130 And This added.
The Skill Lv3 Requires Lv130 And This standard added.
But this gives me a 4th skill. And this does not exist .. if I move the cursor over the ability to see it give me crash.
Upon entering the ability see that says Add (as level 0)
So. the problem is that it never says this skill to the maximum. (Lv4)
But .. if I establish Lv120 at 4 levels, if it works normally and tells Max to Level 4.

I think if the client is recognized as one additional level in over a lv130 Skills.

Any idea what that might be?
Idk if this only susceded on Clients 130+ or just is the lines..
