Wrong Cinf in ini files and DBConnect.asp
check ini files then press on 1 - complie
check DBConnect.asp in yout Root
then try again

if problem from ini file GlobalManager no will open

You must add ODBC SQL Server. Check ini files and DBConnect.asp again.
