mhhh, maybe i wrong (in fact i never did it) but i saw some param named revive or something like that at _reftelelink/_refteleport

This option called "CanBeResurrectPos"

I need to change the number which is normaly 0 into 1?

Sí :) So far i think, that's all, sure you have to do same on client. But not 100% sure if you need to edit it on client site too.
Try it with DB only and if it work - Good, if not - Client too :)

You need both client and db and a fast server restart ofc.. : ) It works and yes that's all you need to do.. 0 -> 1
