white guild logo..

Can anyone help me please? guild logos don't work on my server

My type.txt:
Language = "Vietnam"
Country = "Vietnam"
GameType = "Silkroad_TestIn"
MarkFTPAddr = "server:123456x@IP"
MarkFTPPath = "SRO_CREST"

I also tried with /SRO_CREST/, /SRO_CREST and server:123456x@IP/SRO_CREST

server.cfg:
CREST_FTP_URL "ftp://server:123456x@IP/SRO_CREST/"

Also tried with ftp://server:123456x@IP/SRO_CREST and ftp://server:123456x@IP

Default directory is C:\SRO_CREST
Inside the SRO_CREST directory, there's another SRO_CREST directory.
FileZilla server is running on default port.
The user have all permissions.

what is wrong..?

Hmm.. for me working..
my server.cfg
CREST_FTP_URL "ftp://id:pw@89.123.444.62/SRO_CREST"
type:
MarkFTPAddr = "id:pw@89.123.444.62"
MarkFTPPath = "SRO_CREST"

I tried that, and it doesn't work :( still white
FTP port is open in firewall settings..
