Windows Features cant change it -.- help

hey guys, im working on a new computer now with icore 7 and 8gb ddr ram...

i have a BIG PROBLEM!!

Windows Features : i cant change anythink there! so i cant add any IIS tool -.-

any reason why?...

i think you have to have Windows 7 ultimate to add it :)

Home Permium ! but i have 2 computer with same edition and on the other one it works and on the better one it doesnt work :(

in hope that this is going to be a testserver .. try using Microsoft WebMatrix as the webserver for your billing scripts
when i first installed the files on my PC locally to test them i had the same problem, even tho i actually have Win7 Ultimate
