You have bough ... Silk how to do?

I was wondering how to make this? i've seen some treads where guys made it able that if they add silk that there'll be a MSG --> you have bough ... silk.. Any one who can help me with this :)?

to add silk, you can use evatools (is somewhere on this forum, you can do way more things than adding silk), never checked it, so idk if show the msg or not. other way is runing the sql procedure from php, but i sucks at php so cant help.

or can use this small piece of crap program i made to add silk (it show the msg, and i know.. another program to do it.... but was a fun way to burn 15 minutes of a boring day), only need to replace the info on ini.txt file.

fast made on vb 2010, need framework 2.0+
