Error : CPU limit exeded

i have a little ploblem . i have created serveur but 2 days after , i have this error "CPU limit exeded" ,
what is the problem ? my pc , my website or my connection ?

i think its because of free hosts. you have permit to use a very little cpu usage in free hosts

If you use travianz by yi12345, you shouldnt run a server with free hosts. The code of the Travianz project isn't optimized at all. Try using the funtravi code!
