I'm here for asking you guys about this problems. on install section and create database nothing problems.look fine. but when i go to login for username and password game this error coming out.look below i screenshot.

Windows i'm using now 7 32bit
Xampp 1.6.6a 32bit

go to C:\xampp\php\PEAR and try to rename Config to NewConfig.
