Dedicated or shared hosting?
We strongly recommend using a dedicated hosting for this game. The large Travian servers hosted thousands of players, and the original servers still had around 300ms of pageview time. The legacy code in this clone (created in 2013) is currently doing around 400 MySQL queries (questions to the database) per single page refresh - this is generally well beyond what most shared hosting can support with a large enough player base
