Got my home p-server up and running :) no problems at all.
ps. To all the people asking around for help... Really?? follow the guides on the first page it's really easy...
(although I have exp. in p-servers: Aion, Wow, Eve...) the guides helped alot.

Maybe you have created the account already?
Try to edit the accountExample.php with a different username and password, then try to run it again. See if it gives the same result.
Have you tried just starting your server and logging in?
I managed to create the account, but now I have two other problems:
