Hello Hellowen,

since the 4.0 files are fairly new, they are obviously not free.
As you can see, not even 3.0 files are free and they were available a loooong time ago. Maybe in a few years you will be able to download these versions of the game for free but at the moment there is no chance.
If you want these files you will have to pay money ^^
