how can patch or add in my service?

hi all
can someone tell me how can patch or add in my service...
example...
add Mount Drake TkaRika ...in client game data and server data....
in server i know i must add in file XDB_Mechanics.Server\Mechanics\Mounts\5thGrade\Items\...
and edit it.....
but in the client i can found the file of mount....
can one tell me....

Extract your server folder (game folder) in your client

Extract your folder game of your client in the game of your server folder , after this put all of your client file in the same folder of game (who is located in your server)
So now your server is your client ! You can modify all you want and you see it
