problem in activate some event

i get this error when i want activate ShipParking event

with commmand

rule_activate "\Mechanics\Rules\Astral\ShipParking\Rule.xdb"
or
rule_activate \Mechanics\Rules\Astral\ShipParking\Rule.xdb






i try change also in \Mechanics\Rules\Astral\ShipParking


but not work....

You need to activate the contentkeys

shard -> cfg -> content.cfg
System -> ContentKeys
