well I went to Novograd, coming as it did not have leave the ship because he was not geared circle on the floor, and there also was not those npcs that indicate which boat goes to which place I had to go to purgatory

You might not have the map loaded correctly. In shard/cfg/maps.cfg, you would want to make sure that all Kania maps are in there so they will load (if you are playing a League character).
You should check the all_maps.cfg and copy the maps that have Kania in the file path into the maps.cfg. Then run the server, and the maps should load properly.
