A little Discussion About Upgrading

According to VanzMackiel Upgrading ep6 to ep7 there's a step that we need to delete the following files:

item.isf
crow.mnsf
Comment.ini
skill.ssf
tip.txt

*what is this mean? we cannot use this in ep7 anymore? and we need to create a new file (item.isf,crow.isf etc..) that we will use for new ep7?

*or we can add this after we encrypt the files again?

It means do not include these files for upgrading, set aside it in one folder. Then, you will bring it back after you used the ep7 encryptor. That's all!
