Go check your password at DB @ RanUser > dbo.Web_admin then open table. try it

the password u put there is the password uenter when u install the rancp on step no.4 ... not ur gm account .....
did you do this in ur rancp>>>>>
http://127.0.0.1/ur rancp here/install/install.php >>> will pop up installation of rancp and settings of ur username and pass on admin panel....

ex.
http://127.0.0.1/rancp/install/install.php

127.0.0.1/localhost< u can used beteen the two
step 1>>>choose between odbc or mssql...........
step 2.......
step 3.......
step 4>>> username, password security code<<< this is the username and password u enetered when entering admin panel
