Animated Wings Setup

I just want to ask about the proper setup of animated wings. On official server do they have a wing that have separated slot as wing or their wings comes as a costume as body?... I do know that the setup of an ABL is ABF + CPS showing an armor and the animated wings. But i am not sure if on original server if they have an animated wing only with its own slot as wing.

Im not sure if i have explained it properly but you could post a question which part is a bit confusing.

I do hope someone here can help me out :D about this detail.
