or can i convert folder to rcc file?

right click on mouse> click new winrar archive> New WinRAR ZIP archive.zip> rename to example:test.rcc

no, if you only rename it into .rcc the game.exe cannot read the renamed .rcc :D ||||

but like that's what I did and the results can successfully execute game.exe

no you didn't,
because the game.exe cannot read RAR
you have to make a ZIP file and then rename it into rcc
win zip normal compression level
