Im planning to create again my own server but can i ask about RAN DEV what is the best os for computer WINDOWS XP or Windows 7 and why if windows 7 what os WINDOWS 7 HOMEPREMIUM windows 7 ultimate ? please guys i need your suggestions thanks .

it depends on dev how or how they set up and config to become compatible in their OS

Whatever you want, Windows is the only OS you can work on RAN. ^_^ Can work on different OS but still needs Windows running on VM
