Are you using Abyss? there's an instruction in the Ran CP installation here on how to find it. If you just turned on your Abyss or Wamp, like say for example you finished installing and put all the things needed for the Ran CP, then try to browse it in your browser. Type our IP or the Public IP 127.0.0.1 <-- the default IP or i may be wrong with that.

granting you done the abyss setup correctly huh...

1. you need to open your abyss port first
2. optional, you may create your no-ip domain, and put your WAN ip to its host
3. type this into your webbrowser http://WANIP/ran

wherein:

WANIP = internet IP or real IP
check your wan IP here http://myip.dk
