Can Someone Help me Editing .cps?

i would like to ask specially to those who have ideas,... cause im making a client that is to be shared asap,... i want to make +11 or +13 to change its effect or color to sky blue or violet just like in bhebheran,... thanks and hope someone would help,... laugh:
