cannot connet

what probable the cause my players cannot connect to the game?? it says internet connection failed

im using hamachi
the param is already configured
the cfg already configured what else should i confugure

for them to connect

Make sure that they have the same param as yours, and of course the ip should be the IP of your Hamachi.

Recheck your setting.
Server Ip and Param Ip must be the hamachi ip that are you using.

be sure your players have been updated their hamachi and yours try to check your version and their version!

Server IP?? u mean i the cfg files??

or should i put param.ini in my server manager
because in my server manager i dont have param.ini

yup i've already done that thing. . they cant still connect . . :(

the param.ini is the same as they have and im using my hamachi IP at the cfg and param.ini

so waht more to do??

first

uninstall hamachi do it to your players
then use old hamachi version (same! to your Players)
then install!
then configure what you will configure!
then restart pc!

Server's side:
CFG and param IP should be the same (Use Hamachi's IP)
Make networks on your hamachi and ask your players to join on it.

Player's Side:
Param should have the IP of the server's hamachi
They should be connected on the server's hamachi network


If you already done all of those, and your players still cannot connect, then most probably there's something wrong in your server. Check your servers (session, login, field & agent) if there are some errors.

i have check all of this (session, login, field @ agent) but still they cannot connect

by the way i have 3 field server in my cfg .
isn't it the cause maybe???

what version you recommend for the hamachi users?
