Can't use Transformers (increadible def me in ep6) -- Ep7

I tried to copy a file from ep6s2....two of the buffs that I got are now working. Now, the problem is the Transformers Buffs...well, its just a picture on the Etc skills but not working. Anyone can solve? Thanks in advance....
