I think .. use_event_thread 1 <--- LOW CPU USAGE.

what if we change the number settings what will happen or what it can do to the server

sample: if we change no. 1 to 10

use_event_thread 10

increasing what it means?

same instance. use_event_thread is low cpu usage any number will do unless you change it to zero.
zero - disable
